The coolest outdoor venue to celebrate birthday parties, holiday celebrations, family get-togethers – any special occasion.
The Kiddies Korner Braai facility venue hire fee for 2026 is R1020 per time slot
· Morning slot (09:00 to 13:00)
· Afternoon slot (14:00 to 18:00pm)
· Venue for the whole day (09:00 to 17:00pm or 10:00 to 18:00pm) for R1990.00
Refundable breakage deposit is: R1600.00
The Kiddies Korner is fenced all round so you won’t lose any toddlers that like to wander off on their own.
The play area features a jungle-gym, play-tubes, sandpit, jumping castle, and a mini-track for scooter-bikes, as well as ample secure parking right outside.
There’s also a Mother’s Room with a fridge for keeping juice-boxes and fridge cakes deliciously cold, a nappy-changing station, toilet and wash-up facilities, plus a privacy nook for breast-feeding.
These specials are not just for kids: Our guests love this venue because it’s also adult-friendly.
We have lots of comfortable seating at picnic tables in the covered braai area and the built-in brick braai becomes a huge welcoming fireplace on cooler evenings.
We can even supply the wood if necessary!
This venue lends itself to a bring-and-braai type scenario and your choice of catering options from mild to wild – so your family bash or corporate event will be as much fun for the grown-up as it is for the kids.
We can also offer great party catering and decor options: Theme cakes, cupcakes and party packs – let your imagination run wild!
Trackside Clubhouse:
The Clubhouse is open on Race Days. During the week, the Clubhouse boasts a Tuesday and Thursday Social from 17:00 pm & Friday’s from 15:00 pm.
Come and enjoy the racing from the Clubhouse balcony: The Trackside Clubhouse bar will keep you refreshed and energised on race day, with cold beverages served from the upstairs hall, so get your friends and family together and come and enjoy the friendly, professional atmosphere.
The kids can play on the lawn or in the Kiddies Korner, which has a jungle gym, sand pit, mini race track for Y-bikes, play tubes and jumping castle, with our child minder in attendance while you sip on a cold one and watch the racing on the track from the balcony and on the big screen TV for out of sight areas of the track. A second screen showing lap timing in real time also provides interesting viewing.

After racing ends: Join us for liquid refreshments while waiting for the traffic to ease.
Clubhouse Upstairs Hall:
This hall seats 40 people at round tables of six. It leads onto the north-facing balcony via sliding doors.
The base hire fee for this venue is R890 plus a R1600 refundable breakage deposit.
Clubhouse Downstairs Hall:
The Downstairs Hall can host up to 250 people, seated at round tables. It has a full bar and a stage, and leads out onto a north-facing patio via sliding doors.
The base hire fee for this venue is R2950 plus a R1600 refundable breakage deposit.
We can also offer a Bedouin tent over the patio at an extra cost of R3200.
Host a Braai:
The Clubhouse has two braai areas available for hire to those who wish to host a braai – one on the upstairs balcony and the other in the covered seating area leading off the Downstairs Hall, known as our Kiddies Korner.
The base hire fee for the Kiddies Korner Braai facility as well as the upstairs braai facility is R1020.00 for a half day or R1990 for a full day, plus a R1600 refundable breakage deposit.
We can provide wood at R30 a bag and will light your fire to ensure a warm welcome.

Our Joubert Pits Lounge is situated over the Pedestrian Bridge, on the Main Straight. The newly enclosed balcony has proved to be a great hit and offers our patrons views of the main straight, a warm area in winter and a cool (out of the gusting winds) area in summer, two additional smaller rooms (with picnic wooden bench seating) can be found to the side of the main seating area, perfect as a corporate office area, or private group function area on event days. The seating in the enclosed balcony is café style with white tables and chairs and the industrial look of stainless steel tables. The feel we’ve come to love of the Joubert Pits Lounge.
The balcony also features our famous barista Terence from Underground Coffee on event/race days.
The inside carpeted lounge area, also presents a mix of industrial and modern café style dining, and boasts both café and couch seating. It is a casual but stylish bar/cocktail lounge format.
Joubert Pits Lounge also has a smaller north-facing balcony.
The base hire fee for this venue is R3600 plus a R1600 refundable breakage deposit.
