17 Jul KILLARNEY CELEBRATES ITS LOYAL STAFF WITH LONG-SERVICE AWARDS
It was party time for the staff at Killarney International Raceway after work on Wednesday 16 June as we celebrated the loyalty and dedication of our maintenance team at the annual Long-Service Awards ceremony.
And this year it was the turn of Felix Chauque and Simon Salomao Tango to shine, as they each received their award for 10 years of service to the WPMC and Killarney, having joined the maintenance crew within weeks of each other in May 2015.
As Executive Manager Des Easom said, it’s Felix who lays the bricks for repairs and construction at the facility, while Simon comes along afterwards and paints them!
Felix and Simon were congratulated by incoming WPMC Chairman Lance Jonas, and Mancom members Denis Joubert and Louis de Jager, before the entire staff gathered on the podium for a group photograph.
