It was great sadness that we learned of the passing of motocross legend George Liebchen on Thursday 11 December, at the age of 60.
“To the legend himself, George “FlatBox” Liebchen you were known for your fearless spirit, your daredevil heart, and the unforgettable mark you left on the track. No one rode the way you did, and those memories will live on with everyone who knew you, both on and off the track.
Your energy was something special. You never acted your age, always active, always pushing limits, always full of life. That spirit made you who you were – a true icon, a one-of-a-kind soul.
May your legacy live on in the stories, the laughter, and the moments we’ll carry forever. What a legend you were.
Rest in peace, Dad. You will be deeply missed.”
